Excess Emissions Monitoring Report for facilities with CEMS/COMS for 4th quarter of 2018

1/30/19 - Semi-Annual NESHAP Reports – NJDEP & USEPA

Facilities with certain MACT requirements must submit details on operations and hours

1/30/19 - Semi-Annual NSPS Reports – NJDEP & USEPA

Facilities with certain NSPS requirements must submit details on their operations.

1/30/19 - Annual NESHAP Reports – NJDEP & USEPA

Facilities with certain MACT requirements must submit details on their operations.

1/30/19 - Semi-Annual Compliance Certification Report – NJDEP & USEPA

Facilities with Title V Operating Permits must submit certifications on monitoring and recordkeeping requirements for July – December 2018

1/31/19 - TSCA Polymer Exemption Report – USEPA

Facilities/companies utilizing the polymer exemption for new chemicals must report data.

2/1/19 - OSHA Injury and Illness Log Summary (OSHA 300A) – OSHA

Facilities must post Form 300A for calendar year 2018

2/28/19 - Annual Compliance Certification Report – NJDEP & USEPA

Facilities with Title V Operating Permits must submit certification for operations of 2018

3/1/19 - Biennial 2018 Residual Waste Report – PADEP

Facilities in PA that generate more than 13 tons of residual waste must file this report

3/1/19 - Community Right to Know Report – NJDEP

All NJ facilities in specified NAICS codes must report storage of certain materials in excess of 500 and 10,000 pound thresholds

3/1/19 - Tier II Inventory – All other states & USEPA

Facilities in specified NAICS codes must report storage of certain materials in excess of 500 and 10,000 pound thresholds

3/1/19 - OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA)

Facilities with more than 10 employees must electronically submit data from the 2017 OSHA 300A form

4/1/19 - Annual Batch Report – NJDEP

Facilities with a batch air permit must provide emissions information to NJDEP

4/1/19 - Annual R&D Report – NJDEP

Facilities with R&D air permit must provide emissions information to NJDEP

4/30/19 - Quarterly EEMPR - NJDEP

Excess Emissions Monitoring Report for facilities with CEMS/COMS for 1st quarter of 2019

5/1/19 - OSHA Injury and Illness Log Summary (OSHA 300A) – OSHA

Form 300A posting may be taken down

5/15/19 - Emission Statement – NJDEP

Facilities with emissions over ES threshold must submit emission statement in RADIUS for 2018 operations

7/1/19 - Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) – USEPA & state agency

Facilities manufacturing, processing or otherwise using listed materials in excess of 25,000 or 10,000 pound thresholds in 2018 must complete this report

7/1/19 - OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA)

Facilities with more than 250 employees in 2018 must electronically submit non-identifying OSHA 301 form information to OSHA

7/30/19 - Quarterly EEMPR - NJDEP

Note: In NJ, Annual Certification for Stormwater Compliance reports are due in the quarter specified by NJDEP on the permit certificate. There is no standard compliance date for this item.
