July 10, 2020

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is communicating the following message to the regulatory community regarding delays in their services:  "Due to mandatory state employee furloughs during the month of July, DEP staff response times will be delayed. DEP remains open and committed to protecting our environment and public health throughout the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, with most staff working remotely. We encourage you to reach DEP staff via email using our Easy Access Employee Directory at https://www.nj.gov/dep/easyaccess
