New General Operating Permit GOP-007

Title V facilities using or planning to use boilers or heaters that operate between 1-5 MMBTU/hr should know that as of November 21, 2016, there is now a new general operating permit (GOP) for those types of boilers and heaters. The permit is named GOP-007. When installing equipment that will now be encompassed by this permit, facilities will now have the ability to use this permit instead of an entire Title V permit modification. This permit’s requirements are therefore entirely new as well, and a full list of these permit requirements can be seen on the DEP’s website. Within the Federal General Pretreatment Regulations (40 CFR 403) are newly establish methods to control discharges to Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTWs). The NJDEP has been put in charge of the pretreatment programs from the EPA, and in turn is requiring all POTWs to implement local pretreatment programs and minimize discharges during emergency situations. Simply Orange Cranberry Loaf Recipe Ingredients: 2/3 cup Simply Orange 2 eggs 1 tbsp grated orange zest 1/2 cup butter 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup dried cranberries Icing 2 tbsp Simply Orange 1 cup powdered sugar Instructions: 1.
