How much of your EHS program depends on one or two people being available?

I was talking with a plant leader recently.

Good operation. No major issues.

At one point, he mentioned that most EHS items run through one person.

So I asked, what happens when that person is out?

There was a pause.

Not a long one. Just enough.

You could tell.
