Panera Lunch to Celebrate Advocates for our EHS Model, from the Labs and Production to Supervisors and Leadership

What happens when people at every level start driving EHS forward?
A line operator brings up a near miss before it becomes something bigger. A supervisor leads a JSA without needing a nudge. Or a site lead starts asking, “Where else can we see this type of change?”
That’s the kind of progress we see regularly.
We brought in Panera yesterday, partly to welcome back a teammate returning from time with family in Italy, and partly because the momentum lately has been undeniable.
Air permits, risk assessments, safety coaching, training…it’s all moving forward for our Long Term Support customers. But what stands out most are the conversations.
We build advocates for our team-based EHS model at every level, from the labs and production to supervisors and leadership.
Our customers see the model, understand how it works, and believe in it. This is how culture change takes root, and starts driving the way the whole site operates.
