By Embedding the Team like your own Employees, EHS Becomes a System

Brian Long of Baron is questioning this odd looking vehicle, a Tesla hearse. Could it be carrying dead weight like most EHS programs?

Saw a Tesla hearse in our lot at 8 a.m. Snapped a quick selfie. Tech on the outside, dead weight inside.

That’s how many EHS programs feel. Most sites are still doing it the same old way. One EHS lead trying to cover everything from safety observations to chemical reviews to regulatory reporting.

New EHS-related projects go on a whiteboard and stay there too long. Time, productivity, and budget are sacrificed to inefficiency.

We built a different model. A full EHS department for one monthly fee. It’s called EHS Long Term Support:

• You get assigned to one of our teams (“a pod”) of 5–6 experts who understand your industry.

• Reporting, training, programs, and permits are covered end-to-end.

• Regular strategy sessions occur with senior leadership to adapt and stay ahead of change.

By embedding the team like your own employees, EHS becomes a system, not a burden.

Curious what dead weight your program’s hauling?

Message me and let’s talk. Not a pitch. Just a helpful exchange.

Cheers!
