What Penn State freshmen know – that your EHS Team doesn’t.

Over the weekend, we moved my daughter into her dorm at Penn State. Watching her navigate this new world got me thinking. Freshmen walk into college ready to learn, adapt, and conquer whatever comes their way. They’re fearless, asking questions, exploring options, and embracing change.

Now, let’s talk about your EHS team. Are they doing the same? Or are they stuck in the same old routine, coasting on outdated methods and old assumptions?

If your EHS strategy hasn’t evolved, you’re already falling behind. The world of regulations, compliance, and environmental responsibility isn’t waiting for you to catch up.
