This isn’t your typical EHS opportunity, and that’s the point. We’re expanding our team in New Jersey and looking for professionals who want something different.
Most EHS professionals are overwhelmed. Too often, companies expect one person to juggle training, compliance reports, audits, and everything else that comes their way—alone.
I’ve seen it firsthand. Some years back, I worked with a Facilities Manager who had a thousand tasks on his plate, plus a handful of critical EHS responsibilities, and practically no time to do them right. While I stepped in temporarily, we both knew a band-aid solution wouldn’t fix the real issue. A one-person model can’t singlehandedly change a company’s safety culture.
Experiences like that influenced how we evolved Baron’s model into a long-term support approach. Now, we’re growing our New Jersey team to bring that model to more clients. If you’re an EHS professional who’s tired of doing it all on your own, this might be worth a closer look.
Today, we’ve built a collaborative approach that frees EHS professionals from being the sole “go-to” for every safety or compliance need. We believe that tasks like routine inspections or PPE ordering belong with the supervisors who know their areas best, once the right culture and systems are in place. Our internal Scrum process keeps priorities visible, shares responsibilities, and ensures a team-based approach to managing EHS.
Imagine if you had the bandwidth to actually lead, shape culture, and drive real change without the constant scramble. That’s exactly what we do at Baron: we bring structure, accountability, and day-to-day support so safety no longer rests on one person’s shoulders.
If that sounds like the kind of opportunity you’ve been missing, let’s connect. I’m happy to have a confidential conversation about whether Baron might be the right fit for you.
Curious about what it’s like on the inside? I can share a PDF that includes “A Day in the Life at Baron.” Let me know if you’d like a peek. You might be surprised at how different EHS can feel when it’s backed by a truly supportive team.
Cheers,
Brian
