At Baron, we’ve spent the last few years proving that our EHS Long Term Support model delivers results.
Our customers speak to this time and again.
We’ve also learned what doesn’t work.
It’s the “hybrid” approach where we’re one step removed, reporting to an internal EHS person. This person sits between us and the workforce, and the culture we are creating. It’s a roadblock, introducing confusion and blurred lines of accountability.
We’re all-in on Long Term Support.
In a way, it’s about precision...This is what we do. And this is what we don’t.
Over the past several months, we’ve routinely referred opportunities to Trinity, AECOM, Arcadis, and others when our model wasn’t the right fit.
And you know what? It’s refreshing.
